Who operates this Site

Prompt Outfitter LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, operates this Site under the Prompt Outfitter™ brand. References to “Prompt Outfitter” in this notice mean Prompt Outfitter LLC. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to legal@promptoutfitter.ai or made by telephone at (888) 528-5005.

Name Your AI: local browser generation

Name Your AI uses deterministic templates in the visitor’s browser. The names, custom greeting, platform selection, opening choices, and finished paragraph are not sent to OpenAI or another AI-generation API. Prompt Outfitter does not save those answers in a visitor-profile database or persistent Site storage.

These values remain in temporary page state while the visitor uses the generator. They are not placed in page URLs or deliberately written to application logs.

Custom Instructions: API-powered generation

The Custom Instructions generator is different from Name Your AI. After the visitor consents and completes the security check, two literal names and selections from fixed questionnaire choices are sent through the Prompt Outfitter server to the OpenAI API to create the result. Prompt Outfitter does not save the submitted profile or generated instructions in a Site visitor-profile database.

The OpenAI request has response storage disabled. OpenAI still processes the submitted values, and limited temporary processing or retention may occur under its applicable API terms, privacy commitments, security practices, and legal obligations. Prompt Outfitter does not make an absolute zero-retention claim.

Homepage quote-request intake

The homepage lets a visitor enter an AI project request and consent to AI-assisted review. The request text passes through the Prompt Outfitter server to OpenAI for moderation and a narrow reflective clarification and service-fit classification. The OpenAI request has response storage disabled. OpenAI does not use API content to train its models by default, but standard abuse-monitoring logs may contain customer content and may be retained for up to 30 days unless different approved data controls apply, longer retention is required by law, or it is reasonably necessary to protect OpenAI's services or a third party from harm.

The visitor reviews the reflection before choosing whether to continue. Nothing is emailed merely because a reflection was prepared. If the visitor requests a quote, the original request, approved reflection, name, email address, optional business name, optional general location, optional phone number, optional additional notes, consent time, and a random request number are sent through Resend to Prompt Outfitter's verified, owner-controlled business mailbox for human review and a possible reply. A separate transactional receipt containing the request number and service boundaries is sent to the visitor without repeating the submitted request. The submission does not create a newsletter or marketing subscription.

The optional general-location field asks for a city or region, not a street address. Contact details are used only to evaluate and respond to the quote request; phone numbers are not used for marketing texts. Request text, contact details, and reflections are not placed in analytics, page URLs, or routine application logs. The Site stores short-lived hashes, random identifiers, timestamps, delivery status, and rate-limit counters for abuse prevention, duplicate protection, and delivery diagnosis. That security metadata is configured to expire within seven days and does not contain the request body or reflection. Quote-request messages that do not become client engagements are scheduled for deletion from the business mailbox within 90 days after the request is closed or the last substantive contact, unless a legal, security, dispute, or fraud reason requires longer retention. Records for accepted client work may be retained under the applicable engagement terms and ordinary business, tax, legal, and security requirements. Optional transactional email

If a visitor asks for a copy by email, the destination address and finished result pass through the Site server and are processed by Resend solely to deliver that requested message. Prompt Outfitter does not copy the address into a marketing database, add it to a mailing list, or create a newsletter subscription.

Resend processes the address, message content, and ordinary delivery metadata under its applicable privacy and retention practices. A stable delivery identifier and provider idempotency control reduce accidental duplicate messages without storing the destination address in the Site database.

Security and abuse prevention

API-powered generation and optional email-delivery requests use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare may process technical signals such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, and challenge results for security and abuse prevention. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit form entries. Prompt Outfitter validates the short-lived token before accepting a protected request and also applies request limits.

The services that host, deliver, and protect the Site may process ordinary request metadata, IP addresses, browser information, and security logs as needed to operate and secure the service.

Analytics

Google Analytics is optional and does not load until a visitor allows analytics. If allowed, Google may process pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referral information, and cookie or similar identifiers under its own terms and privacy policies. Advertising storage, personalization, and advertising-user-data signals remain disabled.

The Site sends privacy-limited events such as generator start, successful completion, copy or download, setup-guide or next-step clicks, optional usefulness feedback, accepted email delivery, shop clicks, and Premium Support interactions. For Name Your AI, event parameters are limited to the product identifier, public product version, action or destination, optional yes-or-no usefulness response, and delivery method when applicable.

Names, custom greetings, email addresses, platform and opening selections, generated paragraphs, questionnaire answers, and support descriptions are never included in analytics event parameters or page URLs. Prompt Outfitter does not use generator answers to build an analytics visitor profile or for advertising.

A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a choice not to allow analytics. Visitors may change the Site's analytics choice below. Disabling analytics affects future collection on this device.

Your choices and requests

You may use a nickname or initials in generators that permit it, avoid optional result-delivery email, decline analytics, and decide whether to paste a result into another AI platform. Once information is entered into another platform, that platform’s privacy policy and settings apply.

Questions or deletion requests concerning information Prompt Outfitter may hold can be sent to legal@promptoutfitter.ai. Prompt Outfitter may request reasonable verification before providing or changing personal information and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Sensitive information and professional boundaries

Describe the goal rather than private records or case details. Do not enter diagnoses unless strictly necessary, passwords, payment-card details, account numbers, government identifiers, medical records, legal documents, credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information. The quote-request workflow performs a limited automated check for obvious credentials, government identifiers, account numbers, and payment-card numbers before AI review, but no automated check can identify every sensitive detail. Prompt Outfitter provides AI configuration and implementation assistance, not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

Children

This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum digital-consent age that may apply where the visitor lives. Do not submit a child’s personal information.
