Prompt Outfitter LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, operates this Site under the Prompt Outfitter™ brand. References to “Prompt Outfitter” in these Terms mean Prompt Outfitter LLC. Legal notices concerning these Terms, licensing, intellectual property, trademarks, or copyright may be sent to legal@promptoutfitter.ai.

Eligibility and urgent needs

The Site and quote-request workflow are intended for adults who can agree to these Terms. Prompt Outfitter does not monitor requests as an emergency, crisis, medical, legal, financial, or safety service. Do not use the Site when immediate professional or emergency help is needed.

Free generators

The Site provides free tools that let visitors review, edit, copy, and download results without providing an email address. Name Your AI generates locally with deterministic browser templates. The separate Custom Instructions generator uses an OpenAI API request after the visitor consents. The applicable data practices are explained in the privacy notice.

Optional email delivery is solely a convenience for sending the requested result. It does not create a marketing subscription.

Premium Support

Request Premium Support using the homepage form or by email. We will discuss the scope, availability, meeting method, and any applicable service and cancellation terms before work is confirmed. Sending an inquiry does not book a session or create a charge. The Site does not accept online payment for Premium Support.

Customers remain responsible for their accounts, credentials, screen-sharing choices, and changes made during or after a session. Premium Support does not authorize Prompt Outfitter to take control of a customer account.

A quote, discussion, or booking does not create a consulting engagement until Prompt Outfitter and the customer accept a written description of the work, price, responsibilities, and applicable conditions. Work involving a professional field may require a narrower written scope and approval by the customer or the customer's qualified professional.

Quote-request intake

The homepage may use OpenAI to organize and reflect a prospective client's AI project request before the visitor chooses whether to submit it. A reflection is not a quote, acceptance of work, counseling, professional advice, or a promise that Prompt Outfitter will take the project. The automated review may identify a request as professional-adjacent and describe limited supporting AI work that could receive human review. A quote request is accepted for delivery only after the Site displays a server-generated request number.

Visitors are responsible for reviewing the reflection, omitting sensitive information that is unnecessary for the request, and providing accurate contact details they are authorized to use. Prompt Outfitter may decline requests that are unrelated, unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or outside its services. The Site may ask a visitor to remove obvious account numbers, credentials, government identifiers, or payment-card details before review.

Reply times vary. New requests do not include a guaranteed response deadline or a discount tied to response time. Any reply promise already provided for an earlier request remains applicable to that request.

Professional-adjacent AI support

Prompt Outfitter may offer AI configuration or implementation that supports preparation, organization, neutral comparison of public information, reminders, communication drafting, administrative workflow, or carrying out a plan already approved by an appropriately qualified professional. Prompt Outfitter does not use that supporting work to diagnose, prescribe, interpret legal rights, select a tax position, make an investment or insurance recommendation, provide therapy, or exercise another professional judgment for the customer.

Directory searches, credential information, or factual comparisons do not constitute an endorsement that a provider or program is right for a particular person. Prompt Outfitter does not currently sell placement in quote-request results or accept compensation for recommending a professional through this workflow.

Promptware storefront

Promptware merchandise is offered through a separate storefront hosted by Fourthwall. The product description, price, taxes, shipping, fulfillment, returns, and checkout terms displayed there at the time of purchase govern that transaction, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

Independent service and third-party platforms

Prompt Outfitter is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, ChatGPT, or any other AI platform provider. Platform and product names belong to their respective owners. Linked services such as OpenAI, Resend, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Cal.com, and Fourthwall operate under their own applicable terms and policies.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing instructions before using them and for deciding what information to enter into an AI or third-party service. AI behavior can vary by platform, account, feature, conversation, and future product changes. Prompt Outfitter does not guarantee a particular greeting, answer, improvement, or outcome.

Safe and appropriate use

Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, full medical records, or information that is unnecessary for the requested service. Do not use Prompt Outfitter to violate law, another person’s rights, account permissions, or an AI platform’s safety rules.

Not professional advice

Prompt Outfitter provides general educational and configuration assistance. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, mental-health, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when a decision requires professional judgment. Using the Site does not create an attorney-client, clinician-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, accountant-client, insurance-adviser, dietitian-client, veterinary-client, or similar professional relationship with Prompt Outfitter.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the Site, providers, or services change. The date above identifies the current posted version. Continued use after an update is subject to the posted Terms.
