Prompt Outfitter LLC’s free generators, on-screen results, and downloads have no cash refund value. Email delivery is also optional and free.
Premium Support
The current Site does not accept online payment for Premium Support. If paid booking is activated, the price, cancellation window, rescheduling terms, and refund process will be shown before payment is accepted. If Prompt Outfitter LLC accepts payment but cannot provide the agreed service, the customer may request a refund or rescheduling as applicable.
Promptware merchandise
Merchandise is sold through the separate Fourthwall storefront. Returns, replacements, cancellations, damaged items, shipping issues, and refunds are governed by the policy displayed by Fourthwall for the product and order at the time of purchase. That checkout policy should be reviewed before ordering.

For help identifying the applicable policy, email billing@promptoutfitter.ai with the service or storefront order number. Do not send payment-card details by email.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived.
